In the Yorkshire village of Bramwick, Rosie Fenn has always believed in tradition. For her, the brass band isn’t just a hobby — it’s family, history, and home. But when their beloved community hall, The Grange, is threatened by ruthless developer Danny Henshaw, Rosie finds herself fighting a battle she can’t win alone.
Nate Newell was once Bramwick’s prodigal son, now he's a jaded punk musician reluctantly back in his hometown following his father’s death. He left years ago chasing fame and freedom, leaving broken hearts behind — including Rosie’s. But saving The Grange means uniting the old with the new, and soon the pair find themselves thrust togther in a campaign to save The Grange.
As the music brings the village together, long-buried wounds resurface. Rosie must confront the truth about her marriage. Nate must face his past mistakes, his mental health struggles — and his lingering feelings for Rosie.
But with money running out, time against them, and old enemies closing in, saving The Grange will take more than a catchy tune.
